3. Service Fees vs Government Fees

Our service fees include:

• Government fees as applicable (paid to FSSAI on your behalf)

The government fee for FSSAI Basic Registration is ₹100 per year, as prescribed by FSSAI. Our service packages include this government fee along with our professional consultation and service charges. Clients should be aware that they can apply directly on the FSSAI portal by paying only the government fee, without any consultancy charges.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service and have a strong track record of successful applications, we do not and cannot guarantee:

• That no additional documents or compliance requirements will be asked by FSSAI
