• Payment data is handled by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers
• We retain your data for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations

• FSSAI / Government Portal: We submit your application details and documents to the official FSSAI FoSCoS portal as part of our service
• Payment Processors: Razorpay processes payments on our behalf under their own privacy policy

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party tools (cloud storage, communication services) that process data solely on our behalf

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
