1. About GetFoodLicense

GetFoodLicense is a private consulting firm that assists food business operators (FBOs) in obtaining FSSAI Registration and Licenses through the official government processes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or any government body.

Our registered office is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Services We Provide

GetFoodLicense offers the following consulting services:

• FSSAI Basic Registration (new application)
• FSSAI State License (new application)
• FSSAI Central License (new application)
• FSSAI License Renewal
• FSSAI License Modification
• Annual Return Filing (Form D1 / D2)
• Food Safety Compliance Consulting

Our services are consultancy in nature. We help you prepare and file your application — the actual approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the FSSAI authority.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the authorised representative of the food business you are applying for
• All information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and genuine
• You are legally permitted to operate a food business in India

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information and documentation as requested
• Inform us of any changes to your business details that may affect your application
• Respond promptly to our requests for additional information or documents
• Not submit false, misleading, or forged documents — doing so is a criminal offence under Indian law
• Pay the agreed service fees in full and on time
• Not hold GetFoodLicense responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you

5. Pricing & Payments

Our service packages are priced as displayed on our website at the time of booking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable government fees unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is collected securely via Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking
• Payment confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and/or email after successful transaction
• Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice, but you will be charged the price confirmed at the time of your transaction
• Government fees paid to FSSAI on your behalf are included in our service packages

6. Timeline & Processing

Processing timelines mentioned on our website are estimates based on past experience and depend on:

• Timely submission of all required documents by the client
• Government processing speed, which varies and is beyond our control
• Correctness and completeness of the application
• State-specific FSSAI office workload and procedures

GetFoodLicense is not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, technical issues on the FSSAI FoSCoS portal, or incomplete documents provided by the client.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

We strive to ensure every application is filed correctly and completely. However, we cannot guarantee that FSSAI will approve your application. Approval is entirely at the discretion of the government authority.

In the event of rejection due to reasons attributable to GetFoodLicense's error, we will re-file your application at no additional service charge. In all other cases, our standard refund policy applies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of GetFoodLicense and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetFoodLicense shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services
• Business losses, lost profits, or revenue losses due to FSSAI application delays or rejections
• Any penalties or legal consequences resulting from operating a business without a valid FSSAI license during the application process
• Loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including government portal downtime, natural disasters, or internet failures

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all documents and information shared with us as confidential. We will not share your personal or business information with any third party except as required to provide our services (e.g., filing on the FSSAI portal) or as required by law. 11. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review the Refund Policy before making a payment.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information or documents
• Apply for a license for a business that does not legally exist or is not permitted to operate
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the functioning of our website
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
